We can except returns only in the case of damages that occur during shipping. If your product is clearly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and indicate "damaged" on the delivery paperwork. Please contact us within 7 business days to report the damage and we can have the product resent. If you do not wish to reorder the damaged product we will provide a full refund. Please note that returns must be initiated by contacting Storage Sheds Outlet within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 7 business days. Once a return is initiated and the product is received back into the warehouse a refund will be issued. Customers can expect refunds to appear on their credit cards within 5 to 7 business days.

If only part of the shipment is damaged you can refuse the partial shipment and we will replace that portion of the products.

We WILL NOT accept returns for reasons other than merchandise damaged during shipping and delivery. Damages due to improper assembly, inclement weather, misuse, theft, or any reason other than during shipping are not covered in our return policy, so it is important to do all the research you can before making your purchase.
